Short vid of my Deadlifts 315lbs & 335lbs!
It’s been 2 weeks since I tried my 1 rep max on flat bench. 245lbs was a definite struggle last time but today I felt good and repped it twice! Asked this random guy to spot me told him lift off only but I guess he thought I couldnt get it! Next weeks goal 265lbs!

Just a mini-vid of my leg day for form last week. I usually split my leg workouts into 3 separate days quads, hams, calves. But I needed to work on my form cause form will keep you from getting injured and it will allow you to get your weights up! Don’t mind the song! Lol
